Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

HPHL Registration

No Refund Policy Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable. Once registration is completed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to: Player injury or illness Change of personal circumstances Withdrawal from the team or league Scheduling conflicts Team or league cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, facility issues) By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us before completing the registration process.
